Your Story. Your Healing. Your Power.

Hello, I’m Dr. Smitha Kashi, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and empowerment. I specialize in working with South Asian communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. I also support clients who are exploring bicultural identities, managing relationship conflicts, or facing work-related stressors.

My relational, strengths-based, and integrative approach to therapy focuses on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while developing practical tools to live in alignment with your values and goals. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s happening in your life, but also why, so you can create meaningful and sustainable change.

As a South Asian child of immigrants who identifies with the LGBTQ+ community, I recognize the unique intersections of culture, identity, and belonging that shape each of our experiences. My practice is a space where you can bring your full self, where every part of your identity is seen, respected, and valued.

It’s an honor to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments in their lives. I believe deeply in the healing power of authentic connection, and I approach each session with warmth, openness, and a genuine belief in your capacity to grow.
