Relationship Conflict
-

Relationships are one of the most meaningful and often most challenging parts of being human. Whether it’s a romantic partnership, friendship, or family relationship, conflict can leave you feeling unseen, misunderstood, or stuck in painful patterns. You might notice cycles of miscommunication, emotional distance, or tension that seem impossible to break.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Using a relational and emotion-focused approach, I help individuals and couples explore attachment dynamics, strengthen communication, and build empathy and trust. Together, we’ll look at how past experiences, values, and unmet needs may be influencing your current relationships.
My goal is to help you foster relationships that feel safe, respectful, and deeply connected, where you can express yourself fully and feel heard in return. Change becomes possible when we understand not just the conflict itself, but the meaning behind it.
