Depression
-

Depression can feel like you’re moving through life in slow motion - disconnected, unmotivated, or weighed down by thoughts that feel impossible to escape. It often brings deep fatigue, numbness, or guilt about not feeling “enough,” even when you’re trying your hardest. You might find yourself withdrawing from others or losing touch with the parts of life that once brought you joy.
In therapy, we’ll gently explore the layers of your experience, the stories, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself. Using an integrative approach that combines CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and compassion-focused therapy, we’ll work to understand your inner dialogue, reconnect you with your emotions, and help you rediscover meaning and motivation.
What sets me apart from other therapists:
Healing from depression isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about rebuilding a relationship with yourself that’s grounded in understanding and care. Together, we’ll nurture the parts of you that still hold hope, helping you move toward a lighter, more connected version of yourself.
