In therapy, we’ll take a closer look at the factors contributing to your stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter feelings, or workplace dynamics and explore healthier ways to cope and set boundaries. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and values-based reflection to help you reduce overwhelm and make choices that feel authentic and sustainable.
