Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
Do you take insurance?
No at this time we do not take insurance. If you have out-of-network coverage for mental health/counseling services we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. If given permission, your payment information will stay on file to provide you with more convenience.
***Please speak with your insurance provider regarding the amount you will be reimbursed for out-of-network services and the process for submitting your superbill***

How much can I expect to pay in therapy?
I believe that therapy should feel emotionally safe and financially transparent. Before we begin, you will receive clear information about my fees, what services typically cost, and what you can expect to pay. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care. This estimate is designed to help you make informed decisions and avoid unexpected charges. Please note that the length and total cost of therapy can vary significantly depending on each individual, couple, or family’s needs, goals, and the nature and severity of the concerns being addressed. If you ever have questions about fees or billing, I welcome those conversations and will do my best to provide clarity and support.
